2.26.10 /Death comes for the art director

Senior art director Matt Chiabotti took time out to relax with two soul-stealers on the set of our latest Colorado Lottery TV shoot. We can't give away the spot, but let's just say their performance was deadpan. They totally killed. Get it? Funny! (Side note: We're sorry to report the copywriter on the shoot was killed horrifically in a freak craft services/Sterno accident. But at least he died doing what he loved -- eating catered lunches.)

What can we say other than we likey. Wow, just saying we likey leaves a lot of empty copy space doesn't it? Well, how else can I say it... we really enjoy this video. It seems like Toyota is doing something right. Ok- that is better.

Many companies seem to be asking that question lately. How important is social media? What channels should my company be in? Should I care about Facebook? Twitter? Foursquare? Linkedin?

5.3.10 /Nano Robots!

This has absolutely nothing to do with Marketing, Advertising, or Design... but it is super cool and a little creepy. On Wednesday, two independent teams of wicked-smart scientists announced that they have built microscopic robots from DNA molecules that can walk, follow instructions, and work together to assemble things much like the machinery of living cells.
