CACTUS POSTER SERIES MAKES AIGA 365/31

Cactus has been selected in the prestigious AIGA 365/31 Design Competition for their Denver Center Theatre Company 2009-10 Season Poster Series. The AIGA Annual 365 is widely recognized as one of the most discerning chronicles of design excellence in the world.

"It is a great honor to have our work recognized by AIGA," said Norm Shearer, creative director and partner at Cactus. "It is one thing to create innovative work that gets results, it is quite another to have that work recognized as among the best in the world."

By being selected, The Denver Center Theatre Company 2009-10 Season Poster Series will be added to the AIGA Design Archives, a searchable visual database of exemplary design. In addition, the series will be added to the permanent AIGA Design Archives housed in the Denver Art Museum, published in the AIGA Annual 365: AIGA Year in Design and exhibited at the AIGA National Design Center in New York in 2010 and at AIGA chapters, student groups and galleries throughout the country during 2011.

The Denver Center Theatre Company 2009-10 Season Poster Series was among 126 examples of outstanding design selected by a distinguished jury of peers from more than 2,500 entries.
